The Aprakashiya Upgraha (Invisible Sub-Planets) API calculates the positions and details of the hidden or shadow sub-planets in Vedic astrology. These are mathematical points derived from a person's birth chart rather than physical celestial bodies, and they play a significant role in predictive and interpretive astrology.

What This API Does

This endpoint computes the Aprakashiya Upgrahas — a set of invisible or non-luminous sub-planets used in Jyotish (Vedic astrology). Given a date, time, and geographic location of birth, it calculates the precise positions of these shadow points within the zodiac, along with their associated astrological attributes.

The Ayanamsha system used for the calculation is configurable via the X-Ayanamsha header, allowing compatibility with different Vedic astrology traditions (e.g., Lahiri, Raman, Krishnamurti).

What Data It Returns

The response provides detailed positional and interpretive data for each Aprakashiya Upgraha, which may include:

• Name of each sub-planet (e.g., Gulika, Mandi, Dhuma, Vyatipata, Parivesha, Indrachapa, Upaketu)
• Zodiac sign and degree of placement
