Methodology and astrological context for Nakshatra Report.
The Nakshatra Report API generates a detailed life report based on the native's birth Nakshatra (Janma Nakshatra) — the lunar mansion occupied by the Moon at the exact moment of birth. In Vedic astrology, the 27 Nakshatras are a finer and more intimate subdivision of the zodiac than the 12 Rashis, each spanning 13°20' of the ecliptic and carrying a distinct mythological identity, ruling deity, planetary lord, and set of psychological and karmic qualities. The Janma Nakshatra is considered one of the most revealing indicators of a native's inner nature, subconscious patterns, emotional instincts, and soul-level destiny.
This API accepts a native's birth date, time, and geographic coordinates, calculates the Moon's precise Nakshatra position using the specified Ayanamsha, and returns a rich interpretive report grounded in the symbolism, mythology, and astrological significance of that Nakshatra.
